About us
The SCS Academy of the Swiss Chemical Society offers a wide range of continuing education courses. For 15 years, the Analytical Sciences Division (DAS) of the Swiss Chemical Society (SCS) had successfully offered continuing education courses in analytical chemistry. In May 2021, the SCS Academy took over the existing course programme and is continuously expanding it.
Our goal
It is our goal, to convey knowledge as neutral as possible. We offer a wide range of courses in the fields of analytical sciences including separation, spectroscopy, analytical applications, methods of biotechnology and life sciences, quality assurance as well as information management and labor basics. Our speakers are experienced specialists from industrial sector or university environments.
Who we want to address
Our continuing education courses are intended for laboratory technicians and assistants as well as for scientists from the industrial sector, university environments and the public sector. Constant learning is indispensable to stay attractive on the labour market, we want to give you the chance to bridge the gap in your CV. After your successful participation in one of our courses you will get a certificate which is accepted by research and industry.
